Q & A   

1. How many options do I have to get my parcel?

Ans: For Hong Kong & Macao customers, so far only SP Express.

2. How is the shipping rate of SP Express?

Ans: For Hong Kong & Macao buyer, it is NTD250 < 8 bottles   NTD300 for 9~ 16 bottles.

 For other areas, please contact us for accurate rate.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Ans: We’ll arrange delivery within 3 business days upon order received, then another 5~7 days for transfer. 

4 . Any note about SP Express?

Ans: For Hong Kong buyer, please pick up by your own when a notice is received. SP Express will only reminder               twice. If the parcel remaining unpick-up in the end, over twice you will be in the unwelcome list and might               affect your next order inthe future. Please kindly be remined. 

 Pre - order

1 . When is a pre-order required?

Ans: (1) A new product is released

(2) One of the merchandises is running out of stock   

2. How long will it take for a pre-order ?

Ans: We will let you know how quickly the merchandise will be ready for delivery by announce it on our FB fang page. Please have a look and see if it is acceptable before place order.

Return policy

1.Can I cancel the order

Ans: (1) Your order is Not yet delivered à Yes, you can cancel and it’s totally free.

             ※   a handling fee might be charged by your banks.

       (2) Your order is already deliveredà Sorry that healthy food product can’t be return to Taiwan under our

            laws, so we couldn’t accept the cancellation.  

 

2. What if I receive a faulty or wrong Merchandise?

  Ans: We’re so sorry for any miss which may cause to your inconvenience, it is not  supposed to be happened,                however, it’s a regret that there is still the possibility  due to human being. Once you received a faulty or                  wrong merchandise, don’t worry, we’ll handle it for you shortly.  First of all, please leave a private message at          our fan page within 7 days ( from The day you received, including holidays ) then we’ll contact you right away          for  further instruction. You might be required to provide some pictures or evidence  to help to clarify things,            we thank you for your cooperation in advance.

        ※ If you don’t receive our feedback in 36hrs, it must be something wrong then please call our customer                  service.

Refund

 1. If it is caused by our fault, such as faulty or wrong merchandise delivered, as soon as we can sure it, we will

    contact you for the following compensation either by refund or exchange, depends on what you prefer.

 2. If it is an order cancellation due to your personal reason, as long as it is not yet delivered, we’ll also 100%

    refund.  However, please check with your bank whether a handling fee is need.
